What does this solve?

What does this solve?

The Digital Intake Tool (DIT) is an innovative software solution that replaces traditional in-person intake appointments for patients preparing for medical procedures. By allowing patients to complete customized digital questionnaires and view informative videos from the comfort of their own homes, it eliminates the need for hospital visits.

Research conducted in partnership with Erasmus MC confirms that the DIT serves as a safe, patient-centric, and efficient alternative to physical intake interviews.

The DIT combines targeted information, including understandable animations, with a digital intake questionnaire tailored to the subsequent visual examination.

Patients are well-informed, and healthcare providers have all relevant information at their disposal in advance. This saves up to 30 minutes per patient, while maintaining the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
